Enter Commando

I realised I was struggling to stay on my healthy track so I've brought in The Commando.

LOML.

He will officially be taking over my diet when I return to work on Monday. He will be packing me a breakfast and lunch to take to work (I can't do food straight after waking!). He will be either cooking the dinner or telling me exactly what to cook. I think we are following the CSIRO diet, but I'm not sure and I don't want to know.

It's like Jenny Craig but with exclusive exercise options!!

Today I also want to thank Diminishing Lucy just for being there.
A little daily reminder that time passes, regardless...

If LOML is anything like the Commander to look at, I am envious. Hot. (Is that lame, that I think that?!)

And those exclusive exercise options? Better than walking or yoga or dancing... the average amount of calories burned for 30 minutes session of ♥ making is 150.

Maxabella, I can't tell you how pleased I am to hear hubby is onboard. What you are trying to do is so hard without support. It is too easy to lose motivation when you are going it alone. But getting a hand will keep you more accountable and make it a lot more fun :-)
Your victories will also be his victories.
And little slips won't seems as big when there's someone there to push you back on track.

Keep the updates coming...how far off is your birthday??

Six months! I'm not sure what's more scary: losing weight before your fourtieth, or turning forty. I'm already weighing up my celebrating options...
