I've been reading this book (actually 17 books, but that's not the point) called "The Only Diet There is". It's a bit hippie, but I really love its sentiments. It's all about saying that you DESERVE to feel good. That you DESERVE to treat your body right. And it's amazing. After saying that a few times, it really makes a difference. I'm 3kgs lighter. Now 7 more to go! xx
Oh no you don't get off that easily, this was *your* idea!
You need to stop listening to that part of your brain that says 'I can't be bothered', 'I'm too busy', 'I'm too tired' - it's you left brain yelling at you.
But if you can ignore it long enough to get out for that walk, let your mind wander and you will be rewarded with some of the most creative right brain thinking you've experienced for some time.
You know I know what I'm talking about.
